We deep regret i am saying that the people of Madam Enterprizes does not have any ethical values and misbehave over the phone. I did a booking on 22nd JUN 2010 and was told the cyclinder will be delivered within 2-3 days. Till now i have called them some 20 times and daily i get the same answer that it will be delivered today. I cant leave my home as i dont know when they will come for the delivery. The local delivery boy mis-behaves and did not delivered the gas even he had the voucher of the delivery. When i asked for an explantion he said call the office and complaint i will not deliver. You cant even reach the offcie as all the time the phone is busy. Even if you get connected they say we will deliver it 2day. We being a common man are harrassed on daily basis by these dealers and nobody bothers to talk. Even if i ask them to get the person in charge on phone they simply refuse saying he is not in office.

I request is to look into the matter as i am fed up of following with them. I am dealing with them from last 1 year and have one of the worst night mares from them. Even if you go to the office they will not hand over the cyclinder to you as they say we dont have stalk.

I think the delearship should be closed as i can see thousands of complaint against them in the forum but still no action is taken.

My consumer number is 52591. Please look into the matter at the earliest as i have just one connection and i am waiting for the cyclinder from last 10 days.
