If you are talking about 10 toys for Rs 3999. I am with you.

I am just searching for their postal address. Does anybody have that?
I am sending a legal notice to them for cheating.

My problem was 2 folds:
1. They shipped one toy less, so shipped just 9
2. Broken toys

When I contacted them, since May-23rd, it looks like they are just "following up with the merchant"

I have already contacted the lawyer, I am so damn angry that I am ready to spend more and teach them a lesson.

Those toys were for my 2 year old son and we were eagerly waiting for that, they played with emotions as well.
There is no remorse or feeling of guilt in their support staff at least.

I do lot of shopping online, I never had this experience. Pathetic, for lack of words and agonizing.

Please beware of buying any goods after seeing the advertisement in the News Paper The Times of India.They are the biggest cheat.I placed my order on 22nd May,2010 for 8 Gb Green Apple MP3/MP4 player.My ORDER Number is-
112367952 and Complaint number is 283285.But still my order is still not delivered as they are just promising innumerable times that I will get the goods.But never you get to talk to right person.It means there is a big Scam and Fraud.The people are taken for Ride.
They Delivered wrong goods that is 4 GB Green Apple Instead of 8 Gb which I paid without hesitation because of The Times Of India is Involved in.But I never knew that they are such a big Cheat.Please be careful inplacing the order to Shopping of India Times.I have requested for Refund or I will go to Consumer Court.
