    Post Wrong delivery / Replacement of Product from GIFT360.IN

    Dear sir,
    With reference to order no.112609, I had ordered for product - summit 2 pc luxury set (code-2070) of brown colour. But I have been delivered the product of burgundy colour vide invoice no. 97462. Also, stiching of one bag is not proper. For the last one month, I am asking the representative of gift360 to replace the product, but nothing has been done so far.Therfore, it is requested to look into this matter & kindly do the needful for the replacement of the product.

    WRONG DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
    i ordered an itemi i.e Dell Inspiron Mini 10inches laptop on 11th august 2010 through naaptol. I received the the laptop on 23rd august 2010, but I have got an wrong product. I contacted them today regarding the issue , and asked them to send the correct product as ordered by us. but the executive argued with us stating that its not their fault. And blamed us for this wrong delivery
    Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and could get back to me with some help.
