On 11.05.09 we have taken their services for the advertisement of our cookery classes just for 3 months only and paid installments of 3 months through cheque and it was clearly told to their agent "Mr.Gurvinder" and "Ms. Muskaan Chawla" that if we would like your services then only we will pay you more for next installment through cheque. But after 3 months nor we had shown our interest in their services neither received any any call from their side for renewable the services because of their poor performance. Today after one year i have checked my bank statement and found that for last 11months company is deducting INR 2289/- per month from our account through ECS which is totall now approx 35000/-. We had never been informed by the company and never received any statement about these deductions. It was clearly mentioned in the form that payments will be made through cheque only. I don't know with whom permission their company is deducting these payments from our account. After investigation we come to know that their agent ms Muskaan Chawla and Mr. Gurvinder fraudly got our signed on ECS form which was not in our notice and even not gave any of it copy to us alongwith other documents during signing of the contract.

Therefore we request you that with immediate take action against this fraud company and give justice to us to direct them to pay us full amount with penalty.

Respected Sir,
I am Mrs Hutoxy K Bhadha. My husband’s name is Mr. Kersi F.Bhadha. One of my friends recommended me to the Just –Dial Paid Services for getting Home-Tuitions, as I have just retired and wanted to take up tuitions for additional income. My husband retired 5 yrs. back.
I contacted their service 28888888, on 07/04/2012. Being very anxious to book (read as’trap’) a new customer their representative visited my residence after constantly contacting me and my husband over the mobile. After sweet-talking us into the matter as to how he would get us tuition students from within our locality and its surroundings (Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner, Gowalia Tank and Malabar Hill) so that I can teach students at my House. He collected an amt. of Rs.5,056/- separately from each of us, with a condition of e.c.s.debits of Rs.1685/-per month for 12 mths., separately for both of us. After almost 2 hours of persuasion by him. It is common sense that we felt that the contract should start after summer vacations, BUT HE ASSURED US THAT THE CREAM OF CLASSY STUDENTS are already looking out for tuition Sirs, and Teachers. We were gullible enough to fall to this BAIT. We did get offers but from Malad, Santacruz, Borivali, Thane meaning that the sms’s and mails were a totally, useless exercise just to GATHER MONIES FROM WE RETIRED couple. When we contacted their representative several times he picked up the phone and said, he would get back to us. We sent several e-mails to Mumbai @ just –dial.com who replied via phone and messages that THEY did not have a LOCALISED PACKAGE but ZONE _WISE PACKAGE, hence We should voice about our protest to their representative ONLY. My purpose of buying a PRIMIUM paid PACKAGE for 2 of us, is TOTALLY Defeated. Then we sent mail to discontinue the contract and give us REFUND of Rs.5056/- +Rs.5056/- for both of us, Husband and Wife., which they have DECLINED. Now I wonder, that JUST_DIAL though a FREE help-line also has this type of FRAUDULENT side- business. We have lost patience and are having sleepless nights with depression, for having been fooled and taken for a ride!

Kindly intervene. Please get us our Refund of Rs.5056/- + Rs.5056/- each and redeem our confidence in your honored organization. God Bless You! Thanking you,

I Signed a contract with JUST DIAL PVT LTD. Noida through their representative Mr. Nakshatra Rana. on 21/6/2012 via Contract Receipt No. 11194466



The contract was signed as to renew or revive of the Older Profile ( M1P6). Rana promised and agreed on the same and the contract was signed on the same date.



After some days when the cheque got cleared, I waited for my listing to be shown as paid membership.



BUT to my surprise I saw a new profile (X8W3) with same name and very few keywords just because the Just Dial services dont want to anger its older customers who are regular to them.



They gave a few categories or keywords (15-20) which in the very first case was not acceptable as the membership was to be renewed. The Only change that should be there was suppose to be showing paid and no changes in the keywords.



The Older profile consisted keywords around 300-350 keywords.

When I called them they said they allow only 100 keywords per profile. Whereas in the same category of my company there are paid member companies with 400-500 keywords and for that I can give proofs too.



Because of this my hard earned money which I paid to them as was suppose to be renewal of my membership. The company made a fool of me and because of that I am in bad debt.


On 09/07/2012 When I called on 011-61607080 at customer support and told them to cancel my account and refund the money the agent name “Varun” said that you send us the mail for cancellation but you will not get your money back.
