    Default Credit card Purchase of movie tickets money not returned to my account .

    I had booked the 2 tickets of movie MNIK in raipur INOX.But due to bandh on 13FEB2010 show was cancelled but I have not received my money back to my account.what should I do who is the best person to contact .I already send mail to inox mail id but no response from there side.
