Service Delay from BSNL Sir,
I had applied for shifting of the telephone due to my residence change. The new address falls under the same exchange (Bangalore telecom district)perview. The details are as follows

Till today no action was taken. I had enquiried with repspective JTO but there is no proper answer/response.
I request you, to intervene into the matter for solution and advice.
