"I can understand what you have been going through, you need not find a consumer court just find the nearest Aircel store and report it. Your problem will be solved in the quickest possible time. Good Luck.

sir i m very frustrated by AIRCEl because i am not getting proper network nor service which i should be receiving . i have paid Rs.98 for the GPRS which is not working from past 18day i complian every day to the customer care & to the AIRCEL STORE but it seems it fall into the deaf ear . i am a college student use internet for my projects . i am not the only person facing the problm their are many of my other friends but they dont knw were 2 complain ... i hope u will do somthg 2 help us.. so would be waiting for ur feedback.
