Hello Consumer Forum,

I am Suresh Yellayi, from BHEL MIG working in a private org at madhapur. I
have experienced problem with one optical shop at Chandanagar.
I have purchased specticals, doctor prescribed, for my spouse15-12-2009,
pricing Rs 800. That is exactly a month ago. However the delivered product
is little defective with edge grinded/cut lense. The lense is coming of
frame very often, almost 4 times in this month and is not properly fit. When
i asked the shop owner, he is little absuive towards me and my spouse.

The shop owner/keeper was threatend to get out of the shop.

I am not a resident of Hyderabad however migrated to Hyd to pursue my
professional career.
