Few months back I have purchased a Holiday Pack with round air ticket from India today book club. I have not received any Pack yet. I have forwarded lots of complains regarding the same. But I have not got any response or not even a single email. They people are just taking money from the users. One day (15th Jan 2010) I talked with their executive (Mr. Mukul), he said we have not received your payment yet. I have forwarded all the details of my credit card and requested them to send my back. Now he has given me a Complaint number (260452) and said we have forwarded your complain to our concern department will send your money back to your account within 28 days. I said ok.

Again I have called on 6th jan. 2010. Then Mr. Ravinder repeated the same thing with me. We have not received your payment. Please send us your bank details. Again I forwarded all the details with auth code to mr. Ravinder. Again he has provided me a Complain Number (295117). No response yet.

On 8th I have write a email to India Today Book club regarding my Problem. Mr. Susheel respond me and said we have forwarded your complain to our concern department you will get the response my Monday. Now today is Wednesday still not received any response.
