An Advocate whose name is P.Chalapthy resident of Tirupati, Chittoor Dist, Andhra Pradesh. He had taken Rs.43,000 Cash and one lakh Cheque for my legal service in advance. He promised me that he is going to win 100% on my legal case. Meanwhile I didn’t happy about his legal service and his way of writing petition. So I removed him for my legal service. He is cheated me.

Could you please let me know whether I can file complaint in consumer court regarding his legal service and I can get my money. Otherwise whether I can file complaint against fraud advocate in Lokaykta.
