Respected Sir,
I am not very sure against whom I have to lodge complain and how,so your help is utmost important for me.

The Problem:

On December 10th, 2009 , I, ordered an item for purchase from Mr. Ayush Jain (Mobile no. 09811444399) from his online shop, residing in Delhi, which he parceled and intended to send to me on 12th of December, 2009 (Consignment number: 212790537, Blaze Flash courier) after all due payments (I deposited the payable amount to his account, I have the receipt ) between me and him.
On tracking from website, we can see, the parcel has been in Kolkata 14th of December, 2009 and out for delivery on 15th of December, 2009 from Barasat, Kolkata local office.Till date I have not received the parcel.I called local office person (mobile number:09233138330),Dumdum airport hub (033-64507752,0923940872),Kolkata regional office (033-65348507,09831395906) several regional office related person (Mr.Ashis Das 9007781179), 0931475508 ---practically they cant give any trace of the parcel on 16/12/2009 onwards. From one of them, I got Regional managers' number(09231549107) who promised me to give the delivery on 18/12/2009 or 19/12/2009. But, even after repeated calling and reassurements I didn’t received the parcel.Finally, from 19/12/2008 till now his mobile is switched off.

I have sent a complain e-mail the highest authority of the company, two days back , but it is unanswered.

Mr.Ayush jain called me several time as well as I complained and discussed with him about the matter.

In straight cut word, he is blaming the courier and suggesting me to seek for help from consumers court to get the problem solved.

The final thing is that, despite payment, I have not received the product.Is it not the Seller's obligation to ensure proper delivery?

Please suggest as soon as possible.
