Sub:No Compensation for my services and Time given by Converges (bpo)


Myself Jatin Rawal, was in severe mental trauma and depression when Converges Pvt Ltd.-Ateria building in Gurgaon(BPO Company).

I and with my 2 friends were hired by Converges Recruiter ( for Salary of 13000+) and finally joined the company on 1st Oct. 2009 and were told that we will have paid training followed by induction and joining.

We Visited the company from 1st Oct. till 30th Oct. and get our paid training within the organization with instructions from Mr Nishant (Assistant HR) and Mr Lalit (HR Professional) from their hired TRAINER named (Mr Vinayak).We came came accross various Hr personnels in the organization too.

Throughout the training they were unorganised in their "words" in terms of "providing pick up and drops" negligence in their work. But Still in search of a better career further understanding them we avoided all the problems faced. On 26th oct.2009 we were to join the converges and get our offer letters, and we were given the same but due to shortage of time in the evening and becoz of their unorganised admin work, at last we were told that we will join with the new batch coming on 2nd nov 2009.

And finally the day arrives we three guys are with the new joinees to join the company forgeting our loss n tensions..but alias, we all of us told that we dont need any more guys and started making useless reasons to avoid us...from that day " like they are bussy","they wil get back 2 us tomorrow", "we will call u"..and so on...nd finaly lost our JOBS!!

and told us We three will be compensated Rs 5000 for our one month time loss and for our expenses done during this one month. but their day hasnt come yet..and they keep on avoiding us in order to save their compensation money..or so..

SO, PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS ME LIVING ALONE ON RENT ANDHAVE TO PAY RENT CHARGES TO MY LANDLORD, AND I have wasted my money and time on this shit company in order to find stability and make my career. PLease HELP!!
