Hi,
I have purchased a digital camera from India Today book club. They told me that they will gift me a airticket voucher , a hotel voucher and a jewellery voucher along with the purchase.

When I purchased the digital camera I received letter containing the membership no. along with it asking me to go to a URL for claiming the gifts. The site would give me a voucher no and a form which I have to send to a company called bigcity. But the site did not have the voucher no for the airticket and bigcity is asking me to get the voucher no from India today book club.

Similiarly they gave me a jewellery voucher no to claim the jewellery from suratdiamonds website. But the link they gave does not exist and there is no mention of India today book club on surat diamonds website.

I am trying to contact them and their phone no does not respond and they are not answering to any of the emails.

Please help me to recover from India today on what they had promised me while buying.
