Respected sir,

this is with regards to the non delivery of a consignment which was sent through Fly Air Express (8/258, Mehram nagar .opp.Domestic airport
New delhi 110010. Contact no-01166218068) The consignment was sent from Delhi (Dwarka) on 13.10.2009 and has yet not reached Banglore today on 19.10.2009. Its been 6 days now sir. The receipt number is 100642. When i called up the courier offices in i was given very rude replies and insulted over the phone. They also
abruptly disconnected the line while i was speaking to them. Sir, please do take stern action on my behalf. Waiting for your reply.
now they are not taking my call. they told me that they will deliver it in 24 hr so i hade to pay them extra for fast delviery. but now its more than 1 week , my doucment is yet to deliver. so please do the needful nd take some action against them.
