    Default Airtel nodal officers fake commitments

    Hello,

    We have been contacting Airtel since July 16th, 2012 pertaining to no network coverage in our office (Vodafone and Othe networks are available only Airtel is not).
    We were promised by Airtel to install a network booster till 24th July 2012. No action has been taken as of now.
    Even after our frequent follow-ups and over 10 calls, no action has been taken. Last resolution given to us was a solution in 2 hours by "Mr.Saurabh Sagar, Nodal Officer Airtel"
    but even that is not honored. The network team of airtel has kept our issues in cold box and is taking no action to resolve it. Due to which our company is incurring heavy financial
    losses since the company numbers are provided to all the clients and channel partners who are unable to contact us.

    To be specific, all the complaints were given to the Delhi/NCR Nodal Officers (considered to be superior to normal customer or highest in order).
    All they have been giving us is false hope and fake commitments.
    The service of Airtel is extremely poor and the commitments made by their seniors are not honored by the company.
    I petty on the kind of standards they have set for themselves.

    Default Fraud MNP by Airtel

    Hello, this is a complaint against Bharti Airtel. I was convinced to port to Airtel from Idea by Navaratna Airtel Retailer, Juria, Nagaon, Assam in July,2012. So on I agreed for MNP and submitted all supporting documents along with duly filled MNP form to the said retailer to port my Idea cellular no. 919435761890 to Bharti Airtel. After one week during 2nd week of July, 2012 my mnp was successfully activated. I was enjoying airtel services with pleasure. But after 20 to 25 days of services, on 4th August,2012 , around 10 pm, suddenly the MNP airtel sim showed failure of its registration. Instantly I checked out the incoming call response, it replies that my number doesn't exist. Immediately I contacted local customer care of airtel and lodged the complaint. Initially, they told me that it might be technical problem, so on they asked me to switch off my mobile and remove the sim and insert it again after keeping my mobile switched off for some time. I followed them, but it dint work. Again I called to the customer care, then the reply was different. They told me that the verification call after MNP was not responded by me, they informed me that this might be the reason for which my number has got deleted from their system. When I informed that I never had any call nor any msg for any verification from Airtel. They got confused and transferred my call to their superior manager. The manager repeated the same, when I asked him whether the said reason is the only cause of the deletion of my number from their system. Then he told me that he cant provide the exact data since their system doesn't have proper data regarding my number. Then he asked me to talk with his superior regarding the exact reason and transferred my call. I was on hold for almost 4 minutes, then again the same person received the call and informed me that his superior officer is busy in some other call. He also told me that he got the reason which I asked for. Now the reply again different, he told me that my MNP application has been rejected due to some unknown reason. Then I enquired him that there should be prior information to me before such events. He replied that according to company rules, they dont provide any prior information while rejecting any application. Then I asked him to tell me the procedure to regain the service and protect my 6 years old contact number. He replied me that it wont be possible.
    Now my request to this forum to enable me to regain the service and protect my number. Because I cant ask Idea cellular company to follow this task since already they handed over the authority to Airtel during the MNP. I am now helpless. According to my view, airtel was not supposed to acquire the authority for the porting until they find all their documents fit by verifying the MNP application. Because of which, now I neither avail the airtel service nor the Idea. I m getting so much of harassment since I lost my number. I request this forum to give a suitable solution pertaining to my problem.

    Default EPFO , BANDRA not releasing my PF money.

    This is the complaint against EPFO BANDRA and M/s- Shreya Life sciences. I applied for settlement of my provident fund account in january, 2011. After several reminder my company shreya life sciences submitted my application to EPFO , BANDRA . The said office received my application on 5th july, 2011. But the office is not taking any initiative to release my fund even after 1 and half year. Its very unfortunate that whenever I call the epfo , bandra or the HR department of shreya life sciences , I dont get response from both the organisation. I have attached 2-3 nails herewith which sent to HR of SHREYA life sciences to make you clarified about my case. Therefore , I request this forum to give me a suitable solution for my case. My details viz. Name, account no. Employee code etc. are enclosed within this attached mail. So please read this complain in detail to find the correct information.

    you got misunderstood my previous mail. Whatever you have asked me to do by your previous mail, that I already have followed 1 and half year back.
    Thing is that, the Epfo , Bandra received my settlement application through your office in july,2011
    Now I m waiting only for the disbursement of the amount from the Epfo. I mailed you to check out whether your authority has submitted my application in improper way /format or not because of which its disbursement is getting late. One thing , I remind you that I applied for the withdrawal so as to transfer the amount to my SBI Account which is for I also gave the cancelled cheque for account verification. But the said cancelled cheque dint have my name and account number printed on it. That might be the problem which is causing delay in disbursement of my provident fund deposit. Therefore, I request you to check the details and inform me immediately. Thanks
