    Default Reliance Netconnect- No service and wrong bills- fraudulent behavior

    Hi,
    My data card number is 9343294791
    I took a connection under 3 months advance rental plan from Reliance datacard after paying them Rs 2551/- which got activated on 4 April 2012. They barred my service on 4 May after I refused to pay the bills they sent me for one month usage since they incorrectly put me under wrong scheme in their system.
    Afterwards they resumed the service on 22 June after I followed it up to their employees on daily basis.
    Again they sent me bills for the period of July claiming 1000 Rs for connection charges etc. and stated that since my 3 months period is over I should pay the usage charges again.

    I am fed up with reliance and asked them to disconnect my service. They are sending me bills daily claiming I should pay for the usage.

    I have suffered a lot of harassment and huge business losses due to non-availability of the service.
    Please help me to get my connection disconnected from Reliance.

    Default Datacard incorrectly charged. Customercare is not giving proper help.

    Reliance net connect no: 9326845828.
    I have a 3GB plan and had an extra usage of 49.52MB for the last bill,
    but in the bill the extra usage is marked as 482.87 MB and was charged
    incorrectly.
    I have sent the screenshot from myservices webpage for my usage to netconnect.broadband@relianceada.com.
    Billing cycle day is 27th.
    Please check the same and correct my billing. I could not get good response from the customer care line.

    Dear Customer,

    We tried calling you but we were unable to reach you. We wish to inform you as per backend team waiver for 3 months have been provided but rest of the bill payment needs to be made as there are usage showing in his bill and also once the outstanding is clear number will get terminated.
