    I purchased Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman wt19i on 1st June 2012. I start facing problem with touch screen after 3 weeks and I submitted my phone to sony service center "Dhanvi Communication_CP" on 4th July 2012 as its touch is not working. They said it will take 15 to 20 days. I called them after 20 days and they said your phone is still under repair and it will be done in next 2 to 3 working days. And now 5th August 2012 they are saying that they dont have parts (touch screen) so it will take time. So I am fail to understand that if they dont have parts and they dont capable to provide service then why are they selling such products. I used this phone for 33 days and they having this since 35 days. I also said that at least provide me fixed deliverable date but they are saying "Sorry Sir, we cant do that". So my request is that I dont need your phone and I want my money back. But they said you cant do this. have I only option to wait for 2 to 4 months? Please suggest me what to do as I really dont want to use Sony's mobile I just want my money back.

    Default Touch screen problem

    i have buy a sony ericsson WT19i phone which version is 2.3.4. but with a 7 months ago. but suddenly its screen touch is not working properly. i will need to touch ten times then i can get the response from it. so, in this problem what i will need to do?

    My phone is lying in service center from past 10-12 days & there is no one to take care of my issues. 4th time i submitted it for repairs and when i called 1800-3000-2800 they say that they need another 15 days to fix my phone. New phone was faulty, they replaced the RF board for which was faulty & now again they are replacing the RF board & touch screen !! . i think they have kept a dedicated tech to build a new RF board specially for me which is taking 15 days more !!. firstly the spares what they use are from China, & we all know what is the quality of china products. Low manufacturing costs with high sales profits to the company. stealing money of the consumers is the only motto of the Sony company. i would say Sony is one of the worst electronic device i have ever used. even Micromax has a better service levels than Sony!! Sony uses re-furbished spares while repairing the phones of customers. check the IMEI label of a new phone & a RF Board replaced phone ! you will know the difference. Calling to Sony support is of no use. even the Asst. Managers are not ready to resolve the issues of the customers. i really dont understand why they need 30 days to fix a phone ! and they dont even care to provide an extended warranty for the repairs they do. CC executive says " Sir, i am so sorry i cannot comment on the extended warranty for your phone" they cant take a call on customers device for submitting it for repairs for the 4th time. what more you expect from a company like this? Poorest service ... the mment a company starts growing they just screw up the Quality of their products and harass customers during repairs...

    I wish someone comes up with a solution for my device asap... if not i have to go all the way legal to get my issues resolved... ill wait for another 2 days.. that would be my end of tolerance levels...

    For first one year......i luv it...
    bt on 2nd yr touch screen is not working properly.....
    i've to touch more thn two times on it to work.....
    Many People have similar probs......

    I Purchased my Sony erricson WT19 i 7 month ago now Touch screen is not working properly ,I have to press hard or repetedly to get response ,I uninstalled most of the application I downloaded from google play but the problem remain..Pls solve my problem
