My Family have taken rent in the East Santoshpur near Mukundupur.We have to pay the electricity bills at the rate of Rs 6.00 per unit compared to Rs 4.00 per unit charged by CESC.The extra Rs 2.00 per unit is payed to the landlord without any justification and when enquired for overcharging no suitable explanation was found.Is it justified or legal to charge extra for electricity bills for the rented without any justification ?
