I had given my dell xcd35 to Dell Service center noida on 6th Jun due to technical problem in speaker phone of the mobile.
It was told initially that within 15-20 days I would be returned with the replaced mobile.
After these much days I am continuously asking for the exact date for the mobile and every now and then I was asked "mobile was not available in last days but will be dispatched soon in 2-3 days". But it has already almost two months and I'm still waiting for my mobile.
I'm desperately in need of a mobile and due to carelessness from Dell side, I'm neither able to purchase a new mobile nor they are providing me the same.
I'm losing my business due to their carelessness.
I need my money refunded asap so that I can purchase new mobile of a responsible vendor.
Please help me to force them to refund my money back.
