    Default Bad service of home shop 18

    I HAD ORDERED A SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB P 310 FROM HOME SHOP 18 ON 18/07/2012. ORDER NO 914432559. IT WAS MENTIONED I WILL RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS. ITS ALMOST 15 DAYS NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. EVERY 5 DAYS DAYS I AM GETTING A MESSAGE MENTIONING THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN 3 TO 5 DAYS .EVERY TIME I CALL UP THEY ARE MENTIONING WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND OUR COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL CALL YOU IN 24 HOURS , BUT NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN. I FEEL CHEATED AND HELPLESS . CAN ANY BODY HELP

    Unhappy VERY BAD SERVICE BY deals.sulekha.com

    i ordered a micromax mobile on 22nd july , after more than 10 days i have not got my product. but they show product has been delivered to me. very bad service . next time i will not suggest anyone to shop with sulekha.com
    and the blue dart courier service also bad because more than hundred of error deliveries .
    do not shop with anyone.

    We noted your complaint and cross checked with our records. As per our records, your order was placed on 22nd July and the product shipped on 23rd July.Unfortunately the item was lost in transit, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have however, processed the full refund on Aug 13th 2012.

    I had order a ZEN A100 Tab from HOME SHOP 18 on 16/08/2012
    My order no. is 915169789
    But it can not be switched on after delivery.
    I take this tab to Zen Costumer office in SCO NO 107 2nd floor SECTOR 40 C CHANDIGARH
    They took the tab and told me that they sent this tab to DELHI for repair on dated 17/01/2013
    They give me time of 15-20 days.
    Afterthat i call them 9 to 10 times but everytime they have same reply that " YOU WAIT, WE TAKE INFO OF TAB WHERE WE HAVE SENT"
    But from few days their phone no. is switched off.

    Please help me to sort out from this problem.
