Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. sanctioned total Rs 57 lacs to me.
Rs. 37 lacs as Balance Transfer & Rs 20 Lacs as Top Up loan as Loan Against property.
They disbursed Rs 36.15 Lacs a Balance Transfer Home Loan
Now , at last moment they want to reduce the remaining amount.
They misguided me in the process. And, now they are pushing me to accpet whatever they want to sanction.
They are saying that this as per valuation of the property.
My point is that they should have informed me before the disbursement of the Balance Transfer Amount. I would have tried with other banks for the desired top up amount.
I think this is cheating.
Please do the needful.
