TATA DOCOMO 3G e-stick fraud I purchased a new postpaid 3G sim card from TATA DOCOMO store for my Dongle with a plan of Rs.650 per month. In the first month only they put me in a Rs.1000 plan and generated a bill for 15 days for Rs.650, which got me into an assurance and no doubt that I'm into a Rs.650 plan. Now, in the second month they awarded me with a Rs.1126 bill leaving me with no proof that I agreed to start with a Rs. 650 plan. When I contacted the costumer service people they showed me the last month's bill. PLEASE HELP!!

balance deduction and customer care misbehaviar. my name is amit and my tata docomo number is 8265804480 . 20 july 12:40 am my balance deduct 80 rupees and when i had call customer care they said i have download a service. And making a fraud complaint. When the given complaint time is over and my balance is not refund. I again call customer care then the customer care tell this is my fault and they not refund my balance. And one customer care said they closed my number. Some customer care doing lots of misbehaviar.

Thanks a lot tata docomo. My problem has been taken care of. I requested for the re-activation of the same no. with a Rs.250 plan when I had received the phone call for my problem solving but I don't know why I'm being asked for a charge of Rs.300 again for this activation.

Subject: Compliant against continous non functioning of Tata Photon devices.
Sir,
With respect, it is submitted that this office is using 2 Tata Photon Devices bearing No. 9205073103 & 9205028465 for official purposes including uploading day to day MIS & other information. Presently we are using these devices under the yearly plan of Rs.8550 & Rs.7650 respectively. The said photon devices are not functioning in this office since last 2 months for some unknown reasons. This office has several times registered the complaints bearing Nos. 318626985, 321177861, 322616941, 320571781 about the non-functioning of the said devices with the company. We even lodged a complaint at their head office based at Amira Kadal Srinagar but they failed to provide any satisfactory solution till date which has badly affected the day to day work of this office.
It is requested to kindly direct the Tata Photon Company to get the problem rectified at an earliest otherwise remit the whole year plan amount along with the cost of devices with interest. It is also requested to direct the company to provide the compensation of the losses suffered from last two months due to the non functioning of these devices.
