    Default Complaint Against Tata Docomo Mobile Internet Service



    To Whom So Ever It May Concern

    With reference to the above, I would like to state that i had requested for the Tata Docomo mobile internet connection 2-3 weeks back, the internet package of 148rs for 1 month, But now from past 2 weeks, I am not getting the internet connection though I have payed the money for a month and I tried to contact the TATA DOCOMO Customer Service several times in the past 2 weeks, I am not getting the proper reply and also the call almost always says that "ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY ATTENDING OTHER CUSTOMER CALLS, PLEASE CALL LATER OR TRY AGAIN" and the call gets cut after this message. Please look into the above matter and act accordingly.

    Default TATA DOCOMO 3G data card

    i purchased a tata docomo 3G data card on 7th july for 10GB unlimited for Rs.1120 per month. its been 14 days now and the device is not working. I get messages saying that the i could not be contacted at the billing address. On enquiring about the same the agents and the executives just keep giving numbers of each other and passing the request in each others domain. i am assured that the service would be restore in a day or two and its been 14 days now that the device i purchased is lying idle. On enquiring what address they have been visiting, they gave me some random address. I have updated the correct address some upteenth times and still no action has been taken to restore my device.

    on top of that the customer service of TATA DOCOMO is one of its worst kind that i have come across. If there is any way i can return the device and get a refund i would gladly like to severe my association with TATA DOCOMO.

    Highly disappointed with TATA DOCOMO

    Thumbs down unauthorise browsing charge

    i have 98 rs one month package and getting 2.5gb free usage. But tata docomo is charging illegaly so many rupees such as 100,80,40 etc , while browsing social network and free sites. And there is on respond from customer care. And some time they refund account balance after a hard complain to customer care. I want to know why they are charging allegaly to customers.

    Default Internet usage---Monster billing from Tata docomo

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My SIM was activated on 19th Dec 2012 as per Tata Docomo, and first I activated 2G plan of Rs 99,and started using internet after 4 to 5 days,but as it was slow and I went for 3G plan 199 Rs, and maximum I have used for 7 to 8 days and the internet will intermittently disconnect afterr 15 to 20 min suddenly,though i called 121 they are saying this is not our issue and today morning 04/1/2013 when i called 121 cust care Tata docom,they are saying my internet bill is 5875 Rs and they have barred all my calls also.

    And when i enquired about the usage they are saying I will get bill on 7th of this month.

    I am really shocked on this bill,seems to be something unusual billing done to me,please help me in this case.

    Default Cant connect to TATA DOCOMO mobile internet

    Hi,
    I am having a Micromax Canvas2 A110 handset.
    I have recharged with plan of 1GB internet per month.
    But immediately after that i am not able to use internet on my mobile.
    When contacted to customer care number 121, they confirmed that automatic settings for my handset is available with them.
    for that they ask me to send SMS i.e. HVC to 52270.
    On doing same ... i received SMS saying "Your handset is does not support automatic settings, contact customer care 121".
    And after it i am not able to connect to their customer care executive.
    Please help me with this and if you have those setting please send me here.

    Dear Yunus,

    We spoke to You on Your alternate number and informed that there is no wrong billing and You are charged as per the data usage but as per Your request pertaining to the dispute on credit limit we informed You that for data usage if You are continuously using the GPRS then the credit limit will not be applicable till the session is over. Further, kindly request You to clear the outstanding amount ASAP.

    Default tata docomo internet disconnects after 30 min

    Dear Docomo Service,

    My internet disconnects after exactly 30 minutes. My number is 7696483929. I use internet on mobile. Network strenght is full indoor & outdoor. It is the first month of my services but seems the last month. Stupid internet service. Vodafone is best.
