    Angry Cheated by Univercell

    Hi,

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note from the univercell (whitefield) franchise.
    A costly flipcover was also part of the package which at that time was unavailable.
    So they promised and gave a written acknowledgement that it will be given to them as soon as it gets to them.
    But this never happened, apart from that i went to the shop and reminded them about it atleast 5 times, which went in vain.
    Its almost 4 months since i bought my cell and its huge embarrasment going agains and asking the same always.
    If it was not possible for them to deliver, they shouldnt have promised and faked.
    Its not the price but the attitude, lies, profanity and false promises that hurts.

    Now i dont want any flipcover or anything, maybe i will be happy to see that particular franchise suffer if any one can guide me do so ...

    Thumbs down Cheated by univercell - Chrompet Chennai

    I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab in Univercell Chrompet branch Chennai on 01-01-2013, The sales guy said Tab cover is Rs.1300 and you can get scratch guard free for that. I ensured with him is that cover suitable for Samsung Tab, due to the crowd I couldn't check that cover. The next day I fixed that cover with the TAB, I found 2 problems.
    1. There is no provision(hole) for camera.
    2. The audio jack(3mm) is not fitting correctly.

    Then I went to the branch and complaint with the manager, he said the cost of cover is Rs.600 and the cost of Scratch Guard is Rs.700, so I takeover this cover for Rs.200.
    It seems I have to loose Rs.1100. otherwise that cover is useless for me.

    So I request buyers that, You buy only mobile in showroom, other things like Scrantch Guard , pouch everthing in other shops, because in univercell they are charging very high for that. And also they are not good in customer service.
