Spects bought from lawrence and mayo, at the cost 6000 rs and they had given warranty of 1 year.

my spects nose pad handle has broken and i taken to them it is still under warranty but now they are saying we cannot replace this kind frame at the time purchase they said that any thing happen to the frame they will replace the set, now they are saying this frame cannot replaced becoz warranty period is going to completing. spects is under warranty only.

Now they are now saying we cannot able to give any guarantee of replacement.

for my satisfaction they had taken complaint and they bad customer service, they make money by keeping high prices at lawrence and mayo
but not make customer happy,

They Care customer at the time of purchase after that they dont care customers



They are like cheaters in the market

Dont buy lawrence and mayo product from spects from them, they keep huge costs but quality is also bad

better buy from your local market
