Hi,

This is a complaint against Chief and Best Packers and Movers.
I have booked Chief and Best in May 2012 from Delhi to Pack and move my house hold items from Delhi to Bangalore. (including my car)

He delivered less items as compared to what i have given to him and the items he has delivered are all broken and damaged and that too 2 days late to what was agreed.
The person who have delivered my items was very bad and talking to my family members very badly.

When i asked him about other missing items he said that he dont have anything else and he i snot concerned about that.
I told him that i will not pay you the balance amount to you until u give me all my things. so he denied to unload the items.

he was threatening me if i dont give him money along with tip.

Then i asked him about my car to which he said that I will get that next day.

From then it took me 15 more days to get my car.
He called at tumkur road (bangalore) to collect my car at 9:00 am. I was waiting there at a petrol pump till night 8:00 pm there was nothing.. Till then he was keep on saying (on call) wait for 1 more hour and it will be there. During those 11 hours he picked my call only 4 times. he never respond to my call.

Then someone called me and said it will be there in 30 min. he said that my car is at tumkur toll and the trailer is not moving due to some papers issue.

At night 8:30 pm Ajit (person of Chief and Best) came to me and said that he is going to Tumkur toll to get my car and i have to wait for some more time.

I waited till 10:00 pm then they came. it was so dark that i cant check my car properly. he asked for Rs. 4000/- more to give the keys ( money to get the car and trouble caused to him)

I checked my car and found that it was in very very bad condition, side mirror was broken, too many damages, the car was driven for more then 1000 KM. and there was no petrol.

anyways i took my car and reach home somehow.

Next day i called him to send a insurance person to take a look and start the insurance processing. It more than 2 months and no one has came to me.

He has stop taking my calls. if i call him from any other number he pick the call and then start slanging me.

Till now 3 items are missing and there is no way i can get that items, sitting in Bangalore, he dont have any office in bangalore.
The address which he has given me (bangalore office Address) does not exist.

i dont know how to get get the insurance person to check the items and no way to track him.

He charged me Rs. 27,500/- for the services.
