I am an ex-employer of pharmanet-i3. At the time of my resignation i was based in the Pune office.
I was expected to get my final settlement amount within 45 days from last date of service which was 30 April 2012.
After repeated follow-ups with every possible person in the HR of the company they finally delivered my final settlement draft. However, the amount mentioned in this was in corrected and i mailed back to them stating that there is some clarification required regarding the final amount pay out. But the very next day a cheque was delivered at my residence with some random filled by them which was less than what I am supposed to receive from the company. After that in spite of having followed up with the company there has been no response from anyone.
Also, there was a company transfer that was done in june-july last year (2011) and the PF of all the employees was supposed to have been transferred to the new company. This process has not yet been completely, more so no one has any idea what happened to the transfer!! after many follow ups with many people within the company I was told that i will need to fill out separate PF withdrawal forms for both the old and the new parent company but then no one provided any information on whom to mail the forms, contact details etc.
Pharmanet-i3 (previously Ingenix-UHG) is supposedly a big name in the market but they are not even concerned on what happens with an ex-employee. I was in dire need of cash after leaving the company and since these heartless people are delaying my final settlement i have now applied for a personal loan to meet some urgent expenses.
