Sir,

The refund that I have got for the kingfisher airlines PNR "MVNQSI, CSVKGG,
NWRHMW" were credited in my bank account as six transactions of Rs 3665
each on 2 different days. But on 18/5/12 my account was debited by three
transactions of Rs 3665 each. When I contacted the bank, they informed me
that

"There were 6 credits made in the account before, once on 26.03.12 and
then three again on 28.03.12.
All these transactions were reversed by IBIBO. On 18th of May IBIBO has
claimed for the three transactions
which were wrongly credited by them to the customer.

The customer if needs further clarification has to take up the matter with
IBIBO. It is only customer and IBIBO know
that how many tickets were booked and how many were refunded and actually
how many should have been
refunded. "

Also see the attachment that I got from my bank mentioning the request numbers for the withdrawal of refunds. If my issue is not solved within 48 hours, you are subjected to pay me the interest of the amount you have charged from me without my authorization.
