Dear ICICI Manager,

This is in Regards to a credit card application with ICICI. I have visited the ICICI site and applied for a card and i also got a call from mumbai confirming the details if i have applied for a card. I even got a auto email that my application was pre approved and then someone called me and said that i have to submit my documents for the application and I also did with the help of sales rep 919043427303.

I still did not get any reply for an email that my application was logged into the system. when i called the sales guy he told me that the file bounced back stating that i joined a new company and they cant accept the application. now i was very clear with all 3 people from ICICI please take the doc only if you guys can give me a card and all were very sure i can get the card with no issues cause i have been having an salary a/c with ICICI for 3 years and still using the same a/c for the new company too.

Now i have applied for many cards and loans where these sales reps come and take the documents and do not show up or come up with the same excuse that they were not able to login the application and my documents were miss used and i have been a victim and HIT BAD.. please return my signed documents to me if ICICI is not willing to give me a credit card and i will have to think about switching my salary a/c cause of the poor credit system that ICICI offers.

Hope you understand i never do this but cause of my past experience with you guys i have to be safe.
