Beam cable issue again : NO ETHERNET CABLE DETECTED) Hi,
I am writing this out of utter frustration with the support and service of Beam cable in Hyderabad.
I am facing issues with internet from past 4 days till date there is no fix for this. whenever I call them I get only one answer. THIS WOULD BE FIXED BY TODAY EVENING. I wanted to check when will that evening come and which today will it come.
I have two ticket numbers one was closed the very same day without any Resolution ( Ticket #5438170) and also it was informed that if issue is unresolved/unaddressed please reply to a number (8008150000) with the ticket number still waited for one whole day there was no response from them.
Adding to the ticket numbers mentioned I have other ticket number too ( 5406121) this is for June 20th after which Internet worked only for one day that too like it was very slow intermittent.
Next day called them and checked with them why was this closed, no answer from anyone to make matters worst I was disconnected 4 times from 4 different people. when I ask for someone higher agent would get rude and says that there is no supervisor available. They gave me a different ticket number(5441472) a tech calls in Monday evening and says that he would be there near my place by 10:30AM.
I was waiting for a technician to come he never showed up and did even bother to call and say if he is late or he is not coming. Called Beam cable tech support line 040 66272727. now they say a story that there is power outage due to which there is no internet and it has no internet cable dectected and was told this would be taken care of by Evening ( this happened today Morning after waiting for tech to show up and he did not turn up).
Called Beam support in evening again to check on the status now I was given a differnet story that there is a problem with the uplink cables which would be resolved by Tomorrow morning.
I do not know when this would be fixed or what would happen. If a person calls in with an issue take responsibility and resolve it. But that does not happen in Beam cable
We as a customer pay money to company so that this can be taken care off which is not happening. My dad who's work basically is from internet is unable to do any kind of work
This email is out of utter frustration which I am facing from past four days with different stories which I am hearing.
Again I did not receive any response for the complete day, had to call Beam cable Spoke to Ajay, he gave a different answer again he says that there are issues with the tools and he said that he would arrange a callback from my supervisor in two hours of time this was at 4:45 PM IST till now I have not heard anything from them. I think two hours are not done till now I think
SO IS THIS THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD WORK?

poor customer service by beamcable Hi,
I am writing this out of frustration with the service of Beam cable in Hyderabad.
I am facing issues with Beam Network from past 1 week (issue with net connection as well with bill payment)
When i asked for other alternative source to pay bill they guided me wrong..
When i gave complaint on the customer care person who guided me wrong and till now no action on it
Also I have raised 4 ticket for network issue .. when I ask for solution they say 24hrs it will be soulved. But no one turn up
i was facing the problem and missed a important official meeting .
And unable to pay my EMI for my husband educational loan on time
