This is Akkshay here, I have a netconnect connection with Subscriber number : 9373694529 registered under name of : Satish Pralhad Patil.
This is a complaint to point out the unresponsive and careless nature of Social Media desk and Customer Service of Reliance Broadband.
With reference to my earlier complaint about the bad billing practices of Reliance Netconnect Broadband, which I had registered on 4th June 2:49pm under the heading "Reliance NetConnect Billing issues - Charged Extra". I would like to notify that since that day, I haven't got any response from the Reliance Team.
Firstly they said that their representative would get in touch, but no one called, after which I took follow up twice by putting up reminders about the complaints, but all the time I got same reply sayin they will get in touch, which they din't.
Its been almost twenty days since when I have lodged my complaint but the team has been so ignorant that not even the local guys have not given any calls to clarify on the bill issues, and because of which my connection has been terminated which has totally affected my business. Due their ignorant nature I have to bare losses at personal front.
I thought this is a forum where we could raise complaints and also we would get a timely reply, but sadly that has not been the case. Moreover I had to lodge again a complaint against the same team who tries to solve our issues, which indeed is sad.
I would request the people concerned to clarify if they can solve our issues on this forum or not ? and also I would request people to stay away from products and services which do not at all value their costumers and their concerns.
