    Default Unresponsive and Careless Social Media section of Reliance Communication(Netconnect+)



    Hi members,

    This is Akkshay here, I have a netconnect connection with Subscriber number : 9373694529 registered under name of : Satish Pralhad Patil.

    This is a complaint to point out the unresponsive and careless nature of Social Media desk and Customer Service of Reliance Broadband.

    With reference to my earlier complaint about the bad billing practices of Reliance Netconnect Broadband, which I had registered on 4th June 2:49pm under the heading "Reliance NetConnect Billing issues - Charged Extra". I would like to notify that since that day, I haven't got any response from the Reliance Team.

    Firstly they said that their representative would get in touch, but no one called, after which I took follow up twice by putting up reminders about the complaints, but all the time I got same reply sayin they will get in touch, which they din't.

    Its been almost twenty days since when I have lodged my complaint but the team has been so ignorant that not even the local guys have not given any calls to clarify on the bill issues, and because of which my connection has been terminated which has totally affected my business. Due their ignorant nature I have to bare losses at personal front.

    I thought this is a forum where we could raise complaints and also we would get a timely reply, but sadly that has not been the case. Moreover I had to lodge again a complaint against the same team who tries to solve our issues, which indeed is sad.

    I would request the people concerned to clarify if they can solve our issues on this forum or not ? and also I would request people to stay away from products and services which do not at all value their costumers and their concerns.

    Hi,

    As per the heading of my complaint, thats the best way to describe the kind of service that you provide to your customers. Even after informing that you will get in touch, there has been no call or no update on my problem, which is a really sorry state for big brands.

    Still waiting for my problems to be sorted out.

    Hi, As per your above comment, I would like to inform that I had a word with a guy called Mitesh, and even he could not resolve my issue, which was really sad, all he could offer is that I have to pay my complete bill and resume service, which is like almost paying for someone else's mistake. Even he was convinced that it was a genuine mistake for which I had to bare the losses, but in that case he told that he won't be able to take the request further and reverse the extra charges, which is absolutely sadistic. I would request you all once to plz check in to this, as till date I am still not satisfied as I have to bare because of someone else's mistake. Akkshay

    Hi,

    This is akkshay here, I had just got a call from your representative Mitesh, and as per my issue as stated in the complaint titled "Reliance NetConnect Billing issues - Charged Extra", he accepted that it was a genuine mistake made by the customer care as they had not informed me about the usage limits and also its not mentioned on your website.

    But as he informed in this case it would not be able to reimburse or waive off the charges, which is not satisfactory, but one good thing that he said was, that for the mistake of the representative he has been issued a memo, which is a good step.

    So I would request the concerned people to please mail me or post a comment on this forum stating that who was the person and what action has been taken against the customer care rep for his mistake who handled my call, which in turn would be a lesson for all, and atleast it would show that at some point you care for customers.

    Also please mention what policy change you would making after this case, in order to avoid such issues and trouble caused to other genuine reliance patrons.
