Respected Sir/Madam

I am BRM Reddy , I am woking in one of the university recognized by UGC .madam i have some Query regarding the security Amount taken by the university

my Queries are as follows :

1) Is the universities have the right to take the security Amount from the working employ ?

2) At the time of the university had given the appointment letter to me with some policies made by the university only but i didnt sign on the appointment letter (ie., not accepting the policies) . but still they have taken me the three months salary from my , so pleases help me in this particular issue ?

And also i have all the proofs : pay slips , bank statement , documents , income tax form 16


Please please help me in the issues what i can do ?
