Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm Anita Bhatia, a resident of C-88, sector-26, Noida. I would like to lodge a complaint against TITAN EYE+, JOP plaza, P-2 sector-18, Noida. This complaint is regarding a pair of progressive glasses that I had ordered for on the 24th of May, 2012. Due to the sheer carelessness of the employees present there at the time of purchase, the request was not appropriately fulfilled. They handed over a pair of reading glasses instead of progressive glasses. I had already paid an advance of Rs. 2500 out of a sum of Rs.5645. When I went back to collect the spectacles and noticed that were not as per my requirement, they neither entertained my complaint nor did they refund the reqiuiste amount that I had paid in advance. I have also registered a complaint on the TITAN EYE+ consumer grievance number but no solution has been provided as yet. Kindly revert to my complaint.
