I am Ajay Narvekar from Thane Vasai. I am a DTP Operater and I have Office at Vasai name is Perfect Print .
I purchase Brother printer MFC-J415 serlia No. E 1 F 267779 in 15th October 2011
After 3 months my printer got a problem, there is yellow colour is missing while colour print out. So I call the service center Unitronix Mumbai (Tel. No. 022-23001200, 32944193 and 9870000357 Miss Riya and 9664255531 Mr. Sammir as mechanic) and they give a complain No. that in 1201000003 & other No. is 1201004502 . After few days engineer come. He check the printer and said that the COLOUR HEADOF THIS PRINTER HAS FAILURE, SO COLOUR HEADWILL BE REPLACE IN NORMALLY TWO OR THREE DAYS. And he goen.

After four days when I Call to Miss Riya(9870000357) what about my complaint of printer. She answer that . send us original Tax Invoice and Orignal Cartage Invoice by Fax. Then I Send on Brother's Mumbai office no. +91-22-66708913. All of yours Details after they decided. I Send All Details by Fax as same days . At Evening same day Miss Ria Call me that They did not give COLOUR HEAD of Printers to you because Your are not Used Original Cartage. I always used original cartage . I have all record and all details send to them. But they talk me very rudely. She gives me a Brother Mumbai Zone Manager No.+91-22-66708913 Mr. Suraj Bhosle but he refused to talk me on my complent.
Please tell me what would i do.
