I purchased a photo printingimportant]machine from prismlab india pvt ltd. it is a double side printing machine used for album printing.the machine model no is PSD 18E. before buying the machine company said that it can print 12x36 inch length. but we cant print 12x36 in length. the length that we can print by thismachine is 12x18 only.
our machine is a double side printing machine but we cant print doubleside correctly.
Not only that , company also cheated that PSD18E can print in Synthetic papers.
this machine cant print in synthetic papers.
Machine have no stable quality in prints.the quality of print is very low. Machine is not performing good condition all time.
there are lot of complaints about this machine.
From the company side they are not coming for proper service also.
we contacted another customers of this company.
they all have the same compalints about the company.
the company,s MD mr. Ashok Baskhar cheated.
