TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
I Sheik Ibrahim residence of Hyderabad have a complaint to lodge.I had purchase a Printer model HP Officejet Pro K850 and LCD Monitor model Dell 1910N from a local dealer named AMZ Technologies, # 368, "C" Block, 3rd floor, CTC, Secunderabad- 500003,
Tel: 040-66385878, Mob: 9866336365. And Proprietor is Mr. Saif.on Dated27/12/2009.
I got Installation by his representative and all the purchased stuff was in sealed pack. I used it for 10 days and found some printing quality problem while printing. I immediately reported to the dealer where i purchased. As per his advice, on18/01/2010 i had consulted the HP service center and on their advice, i had dropped the purchased bill copy and printer with all caridges and all heads and collected service call report. And then after the story begins of my visits to them. on every visit i got the only answer to come after a week. Finally after a month, they handover me a Rejection sheet saying that the problem is with the heads and cartridges as they were expired. And recommended me to purchase the new one. ( the service man did me a favor by exchange the two faulted heads i.e Black and Magenta).The heads price is not less than half of the printer, Therefore, i reported the same to Saif but not use. Saif says, that was not his fault and HP's servicing center suppose to exchange you the faulty stuff. And on the other hand, HP says they were meant for service not for exchange.
As per service center report the warranty on printer and accessories were expired on 15/03/2009 before my purchase.
Many times i sent mail to HP and communicated them on online chat, but no use, They again threw my complaint on my face and asked me consult the local dealer. No body was ready to accept my complaint and sorted out the problem. All these time i had been trying to convince the local dealer the exchange the printer but he refused to do so.
The problem is not only with printer but also with LCD monitor too as it is unable to set the screen resolution.
All the purchased bill copy, service call report copy and the rejection sheet copy are still with me. I am still facing the problem with printer and i wish i could get the solution for it. Looking forward your favorable judgement.
