Hi,

I have purchased a HP Printer - OFFICEJET J3508 ALL-IN-ONE on 8 May 2011 from:

I have the Invoice bill with me to produce.

My PRINTER's details - SERIAL NO. CN9815N207, product no. CB067A. -

Now i am entilled to a warranty of 1 Year from HP.


PROBLEM - I am facing a problem that the FAX feature is not working from my pc means if I want to FAX pages from my PC directly then MS-WORD is not showing FAX option.
I try to re-install the software from CD given to me with this product as well as I downloaded a new software from HP website but in both cases my problem is not solved.

So their are lots of disadvantages to me in case i have to do it manually from printer panel as:

1. wastage of time
2. wastage of ink
3. wastage of A-4 RIM



I contacted HP through email (AP_DU@mail.support.hp.com) and then through HP Customer care (no.'s are 18004257737, 18002000047) to register my complaint, requesting them to send a HP technician to my home to solve this problem but they simply refuse to register my complaint.

They only provided me a Serial Ticket no. - 8054751191

Now I ONLY WANT THAT HP SHOULD REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AS MY PRODUCT IS UNDER-WARRANTY(ONLY SIX MONTHS OF PURCHASE) AND A HP TECHNICIAN SHOULD VISIT ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
