Dear Sir

This is with regards for the Printer Problem i.e. We purchased the HP DesignJet 5100 Printer Dated 5 Sep 2010 from Neer Trade link which is the distributor of HP at the time of purchase they told me that the printer comes under 1 year Warranty including heads also if there is any problem related to heads and any part then we'll replace that but suddenly the heads not working in few past weeks than i go to the HP Service Center i.e Redignton but they refused to change that head and reply me that your head is not in warranty and they gave me the rejection letter from HP side & do not listen any thing.

Kindly do the need ful for us....

Here i enclosed the bill copy of the same.
