Dear sir/Madam,

I purchased a barcode printer from PURPLE COMPUTERS, 107, Deepali Building, 92, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019, which MRP. is 10500 and they sale it to me of Rs. 14500. When i check it at home, i talk about it to the retailer at given address but the use abbusive language and take it otherwise when i talk bout consumer forum also.
