    Default Panasonic Printer Complaint

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Hello from Sushma Manda. We own a Panasonic multifunctional copier
    (Panasonic Model No. KX-MB772) for the home uses, which we bought last year
    on June 16th. The manual of this machine says that "the new cartridge
    gives 2000 prints of A4 size paper with 5% image area." However our machine
    prints around 500 A4 size paper with 5% image area. We are in-between the
    talk with dealer of this machine in Delhi from which we bought this machine.
    They do agree with what is written in the manual but not able to resolve the
    problem. Since the warranty period of this machine is going to be over by
    16th of this month. Therefore we are little worried that the company may not
    entertain us afterwards. We have all all necessary documents and evidences
    to justify the aforementioned case.
    Would you please help us by suggesting the proper step to take in this case.

    Question Kx mb 772

    We have purchased a new machine on march 19 2010 panasonic kx mb 772

    from micro data products they told that the machine is under guarantee for one year i.e. means march 19,2010

    After 4 months it is showing replace drum low and printer copy is not clear .

    A4 sheet getting black colour at the margin.

    kindly clear our problem after getting 3500 copies from the machine

    Default panasonic printer camplain

    i purches panasonic KX-MB1900 printer on 2 june 2012 and i print only 500 papers and 2 month printer cartage is problum dealer systech perapherals sardar pura jodhpur say no warntee on cartage. i req all you pls dont purches panasonic producte
