I'm a regular customer of Ecosense Innovation Systems Pvt Ltd, an company that re-fills and sells computer inkjet cartridges. Today ( 15-March-2011), when I called the store in the morning to find out whether they can send the re-fills today itself, a person /staff member, does not divulge his name, agreed to do the job. They usually deliver to the house and I pay the person for the same.
Once I returned home, I called them, just to make sure whether they have sent someone already. To my shock I found out that they totally do not remember and the receptionist , a newly appointed, that's what she told me, said that today it's not possible.
Since it was a matter of utmost important to my job and I relied on this store for the same, I insisted that they check and it was ok, for me if they deliver at any time today. But the lady disconnected the phone and when I tried again, did not pick up. So this time I tried their landline and told her that it was rude on behalf of her to disconnect a converstion right in the middle. She and the other person started laughing and giggling about that. When I told her that I can complain it to the Consumer Forum, they laughed and said I could "TRY" that.
Sir/Madam, I hope that the consumer forum does something about this and compensates the loss that I have to suffer tomorrow. I hope this forum is strong enough to stop these lunatics. I'm sorry for the language. The lady's name being - Nayana or so and the guy's name is Kiran.
