Dear Concerned,


Kindly note that we had bought a HP printer C6188. we began getting error message
asking us to replace the ink cartridges. even though we were using original ink
cartridges, HP service centre returned the printer without repairing stating that
the ink cartridges used are not original. we had been buying original cartridges and
have got the receipts of the same. for a long time we followed up with HP, even
scanning and sending the invoices. They have not responded and replaced the printer
and have made a mockery of the customer relation. If printers are meant for one time
use and throw, i think they should mention it on the printers and not have un kept
promises of warranty and guarantee and stuff like that. How can we take up this
issue so that the issue is sorted out by HP in the right way, instead of them trying
to accusing us of using duplicate ink, which is note the case.

I hope that an example can be made of this issue so that no more customers like me
are taken for a ride by HP.

awaiting for some advice and way to go forward to settle this issue.
