dear sir,I have purchased one Inkjet printer (EPSON STYLUS T11) on 13 march 2009.
After some time, i went to company's dealer. which is situtated in GANGA PLAZA,
BAGUM PUL, MEERUT, U.P. for purchasing cartridges & i purchased a set of 4
cartridges (1 black, 1 cyan, 1 magenta & 1 yellow) on 23 April 2009. It's cost is
Rs. 1200/-. i have used cyan, magenta & black, but i faced problam in black
cartridge. the printer has not found this cartridge. so i went to dealer for
replacement on 9 may 2009. but he said, it has no guarantee or warranty. I said it
is a company's product. so why it has no guarantee or warranty. then he took this
cartridge & gave me a silip & said take this cartridge after 1 week. so i made a
call him on 21 may 2009.he said you will get this cartridge after 1 year. when i
asked him, why & what a policy of company this is not good. so he abused me.Sir, I
want to complain of EPSON CORPORATION COMPANY & it's dealer Company's name :EPON
