We purchased a samsung printer,scanner, copier model no SCX 4300 from Dealer M/s Digilogic at Derawal Nagar, Delhi vide bill no. DL/08/1307 on 4th Feb-09.

On 7th Feb-09 printer stopped working showing error of cartige. Complaint was lodged vide complaint reference no. 8409434182.Since than we have made infineite calls at their complaint call centre but has yielded no results

Please help
