We have sold 1 unit XEROX 3117 printer to our customer on 16/06/2009 vide our Bill No. CC/2009-10/0184
The Serial No. of printer is L93821387
On installation we found that this printer is not sensing the paper. When we have called to customer care they have told that this is out of warranty.
We have sent them the Invoice copy and they accepted the same and assured that within 2 days it will be solved and the following mail we recieved from xerox india :-

Very next day the engineer came and told one part has to be changed as soon we recieve the part we will replace the same.
After chasing them for 2 months and regular assurance they told that the company had despatched the part to your address.
After 5-7 days we asked that we had not recieved any part, they blamed us that courier has delivered the material to your address. We asked them to confirm the courier company that where he had delivered the part, there was never satisfactory reply from there side.
And thereafter whenever we call they keep our line on waiting and never give any satisfactory reply.
Please help what to do in this matter.
