This is regarding HP 2055D printer, i purchased a hp 2044d printer after asking HP sales personnel as a post script laser printer. but after installing this we find that its not a postscript printer though it is clearly written in catalogue that its a postscript printer. We ask to HP service centre several times, in response of that HP support personnel, Mr Hancel Decunha talk to us severel time, but he also unable to solve the problem, & escalate it to next level.
Now from the hp support personnel we came to know that its a hp postscript emaluated printer, not pure postscript printer, that mean its having some capacity of postscript printer.
But as a customer how we understand the difference between this two terms? we need postscript printer(which having capacity to print dots(screen freequency) from any graphical software like Coreldraw or Photoshop or Freehand) & thats why we talked to hp personnel of kolkata Mr Mithun chakraborty & Mr Arindam, & they suggested to purchase this printer & as a result we are suffering. This case is going on for last 2 months & still there is no result.
Plz do the needful for this matter.

I was printing when the paper jammed at the carterage section. I opened the printer and removed the paper. After cleaning up the printer, it has refused to initialize and get ready to print again.
