I purchased a hp cp1215 coloured laser on 24 January 2010 from first day i noticed that print quality and printing cost were not satisfactory.Secondly coloured inkjets which were costing half of its price and are printing in better quality as well as low cost per paeg with same printing speed therefore i inquired hp about that and told them to refund or exchange my hp cp1215 with some other printer printing at low cost and good quality print after continuous mailing and calling at customer support after 1 month they told me they will not replace or refund only because according to them inkjets and laser non compariable.I have paid 1900rs for the printer and they say that will not refund a single penny neither they replace it with some other model
