Respected Sir,
I am Rohit from lucknow. I have a cyber cafe name HI-TECH Cyber cafe.
I purchase Brother printer DCP-7030 serlia No. H8N492967 in September 2009.
On date 30 October 2009 my printer got a problam, it can Scan a photo but it can not print any think. So I call the customercare (No. 1-800-209-8904) and they give a complain No. that in B0910030729. After few hour engineer come. He check the printer and said that the MOTHERBOARD OF THIS PRINTER HAS FAILURE, SO MOTHERBOARD WILL BE REPLACE IN NORMALLY TWO OR THREE DAYS. And he goen.
After four days when on one come to change the MOTHERBOARD of printer then icall on Brother's Mumbai office no. +91-22-40988900, they transfer the call to servicecenter. They tell me that the MOTHERBOARD is not in stock. When i said that giv me the no. of your SERVICE MANAGER's no. they tell me that Mr. Avinash in our Service Manager and his No. is 09958161114.
So I call on the no. then Mr. Avinash tell me that it is not impossible that the MOTHERBOARD will out of stock. He said to me that give me two to three day's time and your printer's MOTHERBOARD will be changed.
On 9th november i again call to Mr. Avinash then first of all he said that please call on customercare no.. when i said that you tell me that in three days your printer will be ok then he said ok i will check.
From 30 october i am sufferring lose of money and customer's. My parmanent customer's living my cyber cafe because of no prints and photocopy.
Please tell me what would i do.
