Problem Description: I have purchased one printer (product code - C4937A) on
15/06/2009, from CYBERWORKS, PROP FRANCIS KLEIN & CO. PVT. LTD., (10A, HEMANTA BASU
SARANI, KOL - 69, Ph no.-2248-1910/6117) and it got bad within one month only, and
when I took my printer to service centre for getting it repaired, the service centre
replied that the printer is not under warrany, but sir I could not understand the
same as because I also have the bill for the same. I request you to please see into
the matter and see about the service rendered to us and please call me and confirm
me that what should I do now, if after buying a printer of a Brand HP and spending
Rs.12500/-, I have to face so many problems than what is the use of buying such a
brand that is HP.


HP is not at all helping us in any way and has cheated us beacuse after seeling the
printer, when taken to the service centre , there the people say that it is out of
warranty, after having a bill of the June 2009.


People in Service Centre do not have proper way to talk also, they behave so badly
and rudely that it shows your service after sales. Please call and tell me what to
do.

The printer is lying with the Showroom namely Cyber Works, the place from where I
purchased my printer and there the people are very rude and does not know how to
behave with the clients, they behave so ruldely and reply that nothing can be done,
I could not understand that if I purchase a new priter than why will I recieve the
Print Head out of warranty, which is the main part of the printer.

I request your good self to please see into the matter and replace the printer and
please ask the concerned person to contact me and also give me updation on my case.

My priter is lying with your concern from almost last three months, and I am fed up
of your service, If a person buys a brand named HP aand after that he has to face so
many problems than what is the use of buying HP a product which is being sold by Mr.
Shahrukh Khan, I belive that the said star is marketing for a wrong company wehish
is not fair to his clients, I request you to please take appropriate actions for the
same and replace the printer and if not possible than please reverse my money back
with interest.

Please reply for the same within three working days or I will have no option to take
legal steps as advised by my lawyer in the future course of time.
