I had bought a HP printer Deskjet3920 model on 2006. After 1 year of purchasing it started some problem in printing paper. I was out of home so m parent asked the dealer to come and check for the problem but they didnt take it seriously. After a long wait, at last they lodged a complaint on november 2008 to its service centre (who also recognize itself as HP authorised service centre) and submitted the printer there. They asked for one month service and assured that they will inform as soon they resolved the problem. They have not called for next two months. After that whenever I asked for the printer they reply that they are not finding the printer and ask for some time. But from last three months they are telling us that somehow it is missing and it may possible that it is sold with the scrap.
My parent has lost the hope to get it back but still i am finding some way....Can anyone help me coming out of this mess?
